Casa Cabo Pulmo

Constructed entirely by hand, without power tools, by local craftsmen, Casa Cabo Pulmo has two floors of living space. The upstairs open architecture allows for stunning views in almost every direction. On the lower level floor, guest suites including a kitchen, dining and living space provide roomy accommodations for 4-6 people. Eight separate decks provide ample space to be alone or gather together, to admire the views, sit and read, or just enjoy the sunshine.

Second Floor Accommodation

Our upstairs complex features a loft style master bedroom with floor to ceiling windows. Lie in the king-size bed and watch for whales in the Sea of Cortez, or count pelicans flying over desert hills.

The living room has vast views. And from the wrap around palapa-covered deck with views in three directions, one can watch the sun rise over the Sea of Cortez and set over the Sierra Laguna mountains.

The complex's kitchen is modern with a gas stove, dishwasher and microwave. An outdoor dining area is great year-round. There is access to the finished roof with 360 degree views-great for cocktails, star gazing and sleeping outside.

First Floor Accommodation

Our downstairs complex features two bedrooms each with a private bathroom and private deck (one queen, and one California king that can be two singles). The living room couch also folds out to a bed.

There is an eat-in kitchen, garden decks, shaded garden and sitting area, an outdoor gas bar-b-que grill and a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.

Amenities both floors

Cool off in the dipping pool on the first floor deck (5' x 6').

Walk a shaded pathway – just 200 steps – to the beach.

Air-conditioning is available in the bedrooms at an extra charge (due to the cost of propane). Because of the gentle sea breezes many people find that air-conditioning is not necessary, even in the hottest of months.

A new cell tower offers access to telephone and Internet via your smart phone. We suggest you call your smart phone provider for Mexican plans.

Each floor has a monitor and DVD player. There is no access to live television. Bring videos if you enjoy entertainment at night.
